What kinds of businesses is it for?

Service businesses in 19 industries. Available now: home & field services, wellness & appointments, legal, and IT & technology. The other 15 are coming soon, from construction and real estate to childcare and nonprofits. Pick yours when you sign up and we turn on its industry pack.

How do industry packs work?

Every plan includes the core (clients, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, memberships, messaging, documents and your branded portal) plus one industry pack, the one for the industry you pick at onboarding. It's assigned automatically. You can add more packs, or premium modules, at any time.

What does Early Access mean?

We're taking our first 10 businesses. The features marked "Available now" are ready to use today, and the rest are coming. Founding customers get free onboarding and their price locked for 2 years.

How long is the contract?

Month-to-month, annual, or a 2-year or 3-year term. Annual plans get 2 months free and free onboarding; 2-year and 3-year terms save 18% and 20% off the monthly price.

What if my team grows past my plan?

Add users for $25 each a month. We always charge whichever is lower: your plan plus the extra users, or the next plan up.

What happens if I cancel?

You can export all your data before you go. Your account stays open to the end of the period you've paid for, and your data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.

Can I keep my payment processor?

Use the payment processor you already have — Square, Clover, Stripe, Authorize.net and more. Tell us what you use and we'll connect it. If yours can't connect, we'll set you up with built-in payments so you're never stuck.

Do you take a cut of payments?

No. Your processor charges its own fees; we don't add one.

I run an IT shop. What if I use a different RMM?

The IT add-on, coming soon, will connect to NinjaOne first, with software licenses bought through authorized distribution partners, and every feature works without an RMM integration. Tell us which RMM you use.

Is it only for Colorado?

No. Colorado sales tax is built in; elsewhere, you set your own tax rates.

When is support available?

Monday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm and Sunday 9 am to 2 pm, Mountain Time.
